Biographical Information[edit]

Sherley Andrews played in the minor leagues in 1940 and 1941. Between three clubs in 1940, he hit around .290 with 38 doubles in 138 games per records available; in 76 games for the St. Hyacinthe Saints, he batted .339 with a .517 slugging percentage to lead the Quebec Provincial League in batting average. With the Cocoa Fliers in 1941, he hit .330 with 15 home runs, 21 doubles and a .552 slugging mark in 82 games. Per records available, he hit .317 with 205 hits, 47 doubles and 20 home runs in 158 games overall.

One source says Sherley Andrews and George Andrews are the same person.[1]
