Biographical Information

Shaye Ramont pitched for the Calgary Expos of the Montreal Expos organization in 1984, going 3-4 with a 5.82 ERA in 72 2/3 innings. He tied for the team lead in saves despite also starting eight games. He led the Pioneer League with 15 wild pitches. He later owned several automobile dealerships.

Ramont battled various cancers for 17 years before finally succumbing in 2011 [1].
