Biographical Information

Shawn Barton pitched three seasons in the big leagues. His most extensive action came in 1995 with the San Francisco Giants, when he was 4-1, 4.26 with a save and just 22 strikeouts in 52 games (44 1/3 innings). Following the 1996 season, he retired and began his odyssey as a minor league pitching coach and scout.
