Biographical Information[edit]
Seung-min Choi was a pitcher in the Korea Baseball Organization. He pitched 1 2/3 IP (1 R) for the LG Twins in 1994 and allowed 5 runs in 9 innings in 1995. He appeared in a career-high 20 games in 1996, going 0-3 with a save and a 4.33 ERA. His best season was 1997, when he was 1-0 with a 3.12 ERA in 18 games. After not pitching in the KBO in '98, he allowed 11 runs in 9 2/3 IP for the 1999 Ssangbangwool Raiders. He had gone 1-3 with a save and a 4.67 ERA in 53 KBO games. In 98 1/3 IP, he had given up 105 hits and 33 walks while fanning 44.
