Biographical Information[edit]

Seung-jae Lee played in the Korea Baseball Organization for 3 years.

Lee was drafted by the Lotte Giants in the 5th round of the 2002 KBO draft, but he decided to go to college first. He represented South Korea in the 2005 Asian Championship, and he joined the Giants in 2006. However, Lee was 6-for-34 in the 2006 season, and he mainly stayed in the minors in the rest of his career. He spent the 2009 and 2010 seasons in military, and the Giants released him in 2011. Lee played in the independent league for two seasons, and the NC Dinos signed him in 2013. He was 1-for-11 in 2014, and the Dinos released him after the 2015 season. He later coached Masan High School in 2017, and he was an assistant coach of Kyung Hee University from 2018 to 2019.

Overall, Lee hit .156/.170/.244 with 7 hits in 3 seasons in the KBO.
