Biographical Information

Seong-gui Yoon was drafted by the Hyundai Unicorns in the sixth round of the 2002 KBO draft, and he never reached the big club in his 5-year career. He also represented South Korea in the 2005 Baseball World Cup, pitching nine shutout innings over four outings and going 1-0. He got the win over Jô Matumoto and Brazil. He was second in the Cup in ERA; teammate Dae-woo Kim was also at 0.00, but in more innings.
