Biographical Information[edit]
Outfielder Sean Danielson was signed by the St. Louis Cardinals in 2005 and split that season between the New Jersey Cardinals and the Swing of the Quad Cities, hitting .342 with 20 stolen bases between the two clubs. With the Palm Beach Cardinals the next year, he hit .249 with 12 doubles, 32 RBIs, and 22 steals. He began 2007 back with Palm Beach and hit .355 in 12 games before being promoted in April to the Springfield Cardinals, where he hit .291 with 14 stolen bases before breaking his thumb to end his season in August.
After the 2007 season, Danielson was traded to the Boston Red Sox for Joel Pineiro.
