Biographical Information[edit]

Infielder Scott Livingstone was signed as a 2nd round pick in the 1988 amateur draft by the Detroit Tigers and scout Dee Phillips. He had been on the Team USA that won the Silver Medal in the 1987 Pan American Games. He reached base four times in his major league debut on July 19, 1991; he was the last Tigers player to have such a debut game until Riley Greene in 2022.
