Sam Lynn
Sam Lynn was a Coca-Cola plant owner who was very active in donations to baseball groups in Bakersfield, CA. He helped found the California League in 1940. Sam Lynn Ballpark is named for him. He was an inaugural member of the California League Hall of Fame, the only non-player picked.
