From BR Bullpen

Sénart is a new city formed in the southeastern suburbs of Paris, France in the late 1960s by combining a number of existing small towns, including Lieusaint, Ile-de-France and Savigny-le-Temple, Ile-de-France, with new urban developments. The Templiers de Sénart take their name from the city.
