Biographical Information[edit]

Reliever Ryan Harvey pitched in the Texas Rangers system from 2012 to 2014 before joining the independent ranks partway through the 2014 season.

Drafted by the Rangers in the 18th round of the 2012 amateur draft, Harvey posted a 6.21 ERA in 19 appearances for the Spokane Indians to start his professional career, despite striking out 44 batters in 33 1/3 innings.
