Ryan Goll

Biographical Information[edit]

Ryan Goll earned his bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the University of Minnesota in 2019. In addition to his studies, Goll served on the Golden Gophers baseball team in a variety of roles. He started as a student manager in 2016 before moving up to head student manager for the 2017-2018 seasons. He received another promotion in 2019 to student undergraduate assistant coach. Throughout these years he also served as a bullpen catcher for the team. Outside of the UM program, Goll was a coach for the Eau Claire Express summer collegiate team in the Northwoods League in 2017.

After graduation, Goll moved into player development with professional baseball organizations. In the summer of 2019 he was a system integration coordinator for the Texas Rangers. Goll joined the Baltimore Orioles organization in 2020 as a player development intern. He parlayed these experiences into his position as the development coach for the Aberdeen IronBirds in 2021-2022, Bowie Baysox in 2023, and Aberdeen again in 2024.
