Russell Stockton

Biographical Information[edit]
Russell Stockton was a college coach, as was his father Bragg Stockton.
An infielder at Houston when his father coached there, he was assistant to his father from 1991-1994. From 1995-1998, he was head coach of Cedar Valley College, including a trip to the 1997 NJCAA Division III Baseball World Series, where they finished second. He was head coach of Texas A&M University-Kingsville from 1999-2008, coaching Mike Adams most notably. He set a school record for career wins, going 275-273. He was assistant coach at Houston in 2009-2010 then became assistant at Houston Baptist University.
