Biographical Information[edit]
Roy Geigel has pitched for the Puerto Rican national team.
Geigel was 0-1 with a save and a 2.45 ERA in the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games, saving Miguel Martinez's win over Mexico but dropping an extra-inning decision to Nicaragua. [1] He allowed eight hits, two walks and four runs in four innings in the 2015 Pan American Games. [2]
He allowed one run in one inning in the 2015 Premier 12. [3] He made his pro debut at age 27 with the 2016-2017 Criollos de Caguas, going 1-0 with a 3.27 ERA in four games. He also pitched for Caguas in 2018-2019 (1-0, Sv, 2.84 in 8 G) and 2019-2020 (3 R in 3 IP).
