Ron Shewchuk

Ron Shewchuk is a minor league umpire.

Shewchuk has been an umpire in the Northern League since its founding in 1993. He has worked 11 Baseball Canada National Championships (through 2008) and seven international events through 2007, including the 2006 COPABE Olympic Qualifier. In 2001, Shewchuk was named Baseball Canada Umpire of the Year. Shewchuk was one of two Canadian umpires chosen to work the 2008 Olympics and he also worked the 2015 Pan American Games.
