Biographical Information[edit]
Ron Biga was the long-time manager of the Prairie Gravel amateur team based out of Chicago, IL, taking them to 10 appearances in the National Baseball Congress World Series between 1997 and 2006 and winning the tournament in 2005. Al Oremus, the founder of the Prairie Gravel, is also the owner of the Windy City Thunderbolts of the Frontier League, which Ron began to manage in 2013.
