Roger Casciani

Roger Casciani was the head baseball coach at SUNY Plattsburgh from 1969-1974. He compiled an 18-73-1 record. He also coached Black Hills State College from 1979-1981.

The Black Hills State College team won the 1979 SDIC with a perfect 11-0 conference record. The Jackets ended the season with a 22-5 record and won the District 12 championship, reaching the finals of the Area 3 NAIA tournament.

In 1981, Casciani guided the squad to a 39-9 overall mark. The team won the SDIC and District 12 championship for the third consecutive season. Casciani was named the NAIA District 12 Coach of the Year.
