Rogelio Lugo Montes (El Elegante)

Rogelio Lugo Sr. was an amateur star in Chihuahua. He played for the Mexican national team in the 1973 FIBA Amateur World Series and 1975 Pan American Games. Twenty years later, his son Rogelio Lugo Jr. played for Mexico in the Pan American Games as well.
