Teenager Rogério Mukai was on the Brazilian national team in the 2002 Intercontinental Cup. His only game was against Mexico. Relieving Jô Matumoto with two outs in the 6th, he allowed hits to all three batters he faced - Alvaro Cruz, Jesús García and Ramon Arce - then was replaced by Douglas Assada. He was charged with three runs in zero innings; the rest of the team allowed 3 runs in 9 innings in the 7-6 win. ^[1]
