Biographical Information

Rocky Childress pitched in the majors from 1985 to 1988, the first two years with the Philadelphia Phillies and the last two with the Houston Astros. In 61 games, he compiled a 2-3 record and 4.76 ERA. He was also with AAA Tucson for several years, including 1989. A native of Santa Rosa, CA, he attended both Santa Rosa High School and Santa Rosa Junior College.
