Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Rob Souza was taken in the second round of the 1984 amateur draft by the Detroit Tigers, between pitcher Tim Scott and catcher Jeff Tackett. He went 2-5 with a 4.11 ERA in 12 games (eight starts) between the Lakeland Tigers and Birmingham Barons that year.
He died in a car crash on January 7, 1985.
