Rob Henry scouted for the Kansas City Royals (2006) and was assistant coach at Kentucky Wesleyan College (1997-2001), Spalding University (2002-2006), Cleveland State University (2006-2011) and Asbury University (2012). He then became head coach of Kentucky State University and was 135-200-2 through 2020. He took the team to the 2022 Black College World Series.
