Rick McWane

Rick McWane has been a trainer for over 20 years. He began his career in 1987 with the Little Falls Mets. He was a minor league trainer in the Minnesota Twins chain from 1989-2001, working the 1996 Triple-A All-Star Game. He won Texas League Trainer of the Year in 1992 and Pacific Coast League Trainer of the Year in 2001. From 2002-2004, he was assistant trainer for the Twins, then became their head trainer, a role he still held as of 2011.
