Reggie Lee began his professional career by going 4-1, 5.59 for the 1954 St. Cloud Rox and 0-1 for the Sioux City Soos. In 1956, Lee was 11-9 with a 4.14 ERA for the Albuquerque Dukes. A year later, the southpaw was 15-6, 3.58 for the Danville Leafs. He led the Carolina League in winning percentage, was sixth in ERA and was one behind strikeout leader Dave Reed with 199 K's, but he also led in walks (131 in 196 IP0, wild pitches (12, tied for the most) and homers allowed (18, tied with Bill Monbouquette). Lee helped his cause at the plate by hitting .306/~.414/.469. He finished his career by going 0-1 for the 1958 Springfield Giants.
