Biographical Information

Reddy Foster played one game in the majors with the 1896 New York Giants. He was supposedly known for his temper, which tended to get him into trouble with umpires.

In 1908, Foster went out with a friend after a spree of heavy drinking. At one point he told his friend "watch me do a trick" then committed suicide with a shotgun.
