Biographical Information

Red Dugan tried out for the Kansas City Blues after high school but did not make the team. He played football, baseball and basketball in college. In World War II, he was in the Army Air Corps, coaching baseball at the Las Vegas Army Airfield. He coached the University of Kansas baseball team in 1946.
