Raydell Isabella has played in the Curacao league. In 2008, he hit .412/.529/.588 for Santa Rosa to finish third in average. He went 2 for 13 for the Netherlands Antilles in the 2008 Haarlem Baseball Week. In 2009 in Curacao, he batted .320/.450/.440. He joined the Antilles for the 2009 Baseball World Cup.

He also played for the Antilles in the 2010 South American Games.
