Ray Didier

Biographical Information[edit]

Ray Didier was the father of scout Mel Didier and minor leaguer Gerald Didier and grandfather of catcher Bob Didier.

Didier coached the Southwestern Louisiana Institute (1948-1956), Louisiana State University (1957-1963) and Nicholls State University (1964-1983). He took Nicholls State to the 1970 Division II College World Series.
