Biographical Information[edit]
Ramón Bonilla was a noted coach in Nicaragua. He won three titles managing Boer in the 1930s. He coached for the Nicaraguan national team in the 1938 Central American and Caribbean Games (Bronze Medal) and 1939 Amateur World Series (Silver Medal) and a source lists him as a coach and outfielder for Nicaragua for the 1941 Amateur World Series. He was also a boxing promoter and was involved in women's basketball. He was inducted into the Nicaraguan Sports Hall of Fame in 1995.
