Biographical Information

Rafael Moreno made his pro debut in 2012.

Moreno signed with the Baltimore Orioles in November 2011; David Stockstill was the scout. He made his debut with the DSL Orioles, going 2-3 with a 3.86 ERA and a save in 2012; he struck out 59 in 65 1/3 IP, finishing second on the club in whiffs. He was then on the Brazilian national team roster for the 2013 World Baseball Classic Qualifier.
