Quebec Alouettes

From BR Bullpen

The Quebec Alouttes began play in 1946 when the Canadian-American League resumed after World War II. The team finished in last place in its first two seasons. Despite an affiliation with the New York Giants in 1948, the club finished last again. After that season, the Alouttes decided to play as an independent team and became known as the Quebec Braves in 1949.
