Post-Season All-Star

From BR Bullpen

A Post-Season All-Star is someone who is selected by a league as one of its best players for the season as a whole. This is in contrast to the Mid-Season All-Star who is selected for their performance for the first half of the season. There is usually one All-Star per position, a right-handed pitcher, a left-handed pitcher, and a relief pitcher. Unlike Mid-Season All-Stars, Post-Season All-Star teams usually do not play in an All-Star Game.

Post-Season All-Star teams have been common in Minor League Baseball since the 1930s.
