Biographical Information

Po-Hsun Chen played in the CPBL and TML for 4 years. His brother is former CPBL catcher Feng-Min Chen.

Chen represented Taiwan in the 1995 World Youth Championship. He was drafted by the Taichung Agan in the first round of the 2002 TML draft, and he hit .222/.222/.222 in 2002. When the two leagues merged, Chen was assigned to the Macoto Cobras. He hit .182/.265/.205 in 2003, and his batting line was .241/.241/.278 in 2004. The Cobras released him after the 2004 season, and the La New Bears picked him up. However, Chen only got 4 at-bats in 2005, and he announced his retirement.

Overall, Chen had hit .217/.248/.242 with 26 hits in 4 seasons in the CPBL and TML.
