Biographical Information[edit]
Po-Hsien Hsieh has pitched for the Taiwanese national team. [1]
The Tainan native made the roster for the 2019 World Port Tournament [2] He pitched 3 1/3 innings, struck out 5 and didn't allow any run. Hsieh was also with Taiwan for the 2019 Asian Championship. He pitched 1/3 of a relief inning against each South Korea and Japan, then pitched one inning facing China. Hsieh didn't allowed any run in his three appearances. [3]
His fastball peaked at 87 mph. [4]
