Biographical Information

Po-Cheng Chen played in the CPBL and coached the Hong Kong national baseball team.

Chen was drafted by the Sinon Bulls in the 5th round of the 2008 CPBL Draft, but he spent his first two seasons mainly in the minor league; he only played 21 games combined in the top league. He hit .246/.271/.246 in 48 games in 2011, then recorded a .263/.288/.283 batting line in 2012. However, he only appeared in 6 games in 2013, and was released. Chen then coached Pu-Men High School from 2016 to 2018. He was also a coach for Hong Kong in the 2022 Asian Games and 2023 Asian Championship.

Overall, Chen had hit .242/.263/.258 with in 4 seasons in the CPBL.
