Pinnacle Brands

From BR Bullpen

Pinnacle Brands began as Optigraphics Inc. Its first baseball card product release in pack form under the Optigraphics name was Sportflics, in 1986. Sportflics used "magic motion" to display three different images depending upon how the card was held. In 1988 the company released the Score set, which was its first traditional baseball card release. In April 1996 Pinnacle Brands announced it would acquire the Donruss and Leaf brand names; however, in August 1998 the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. In addition to Sportflics and Score, the company also regularly released products under the names Pinnacle and Select.
