Biographical Information

Infielder/Outfielder Peter Fatse played in the minor leagues from 2009 to 2012. He was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 24th round of the 2009 amateur draft out of the University of Connecticut and began his professional career that season with the Helena Brewers of the Pioneer League. He also played for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers of the Midwest League that year, and again in 2010, when he was also with the Brevard County Manatees of the Florida State League. In 2009, he hit .237/.342/.342 in 63 games, and in 2010 his batting line was .228/.318/.347 in 97 games.

He moved to the independent leagues in 2011, when he was with the Pittsfield Colonials of the Can-Am Association. In 74 games, he hit .279 with 5 homers and 41 RBIs. In his final season in 2012, he was with the Florence Freedom of the Frontier League where he hit .284 in 95 games, with 8 homers and 69 RBIs.

In 2010, he founded his own baseball academy in Palmer, MA. In 2019 he was hired by the Minnesota Twins as their minor league hitting coordinator, then in 2020 he joined the Boston Red Sox as assistant hitting coach for the major league team. In 2022, he was promoted to hitting coach.
