Biographical Information[edit]
In 1982, the New York Yankees drafted Pete Dalena in the 27th round (690th overall) of the amateur draft.
On July 7, 1989, Dalena made his big league debut for the Cleveland Indians at the age of 29, wearing number 31. Most of Pete's success in baseball came at the minor league level where he both played and coached (Harrisburg Senators). At the major league level, Pete only recorded one career hit.
Delena currently resides in Fresno, California.
