Biographical Information

Pedro Mega has been a longtime manager in the minors.

Mega hit .233 for the 1993 DSL Dodgers and .150/.366/.217 with 20 walks in 26 games with the 1994 DSL Dodgers I. An infielder, he fielded .913 in '94. He played in the Dominican Summer League in 1995 as well. In 1998, he became manager of the DSL Dodgers I when Antonio Bautista left for Taiwan. He was full-time manager in 1999 and then took a title in 2000, going 49-21. He was 44-28 in 2001. He managed a DSL Dodgers club each season through 2004. In 2005-2006, he was infield coordinator for the Los Angeles Dodgers' Dominican Academy. He then returned as DSL Dodgers manager from 2007 to 2015. Mega was a coach for the DSL Dodgers Bautista in 2021-2023.
