Antonio Bautista

Biographical Information

Antonio Bautista has been a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers Dominican staff for many years. He managed both the DSL Dodgers 1 and DSL Dodgers 2 to successful seasons in the early 1990s. In early 1998, he was lent out by Los Angeles to the Sinon Bulls as pitching coach as part of a working agreement. He was bench coach for Sinon in 1999. He was interim manager for one game, going 0-1. He returned to the DSL Dodgers as manager, holding that role in 2006. He was Field Coordinator for the Dodgers' Dominican Academy at Campo Las Palmas in 2008-2012. He was hitting coach for the DSL Dodgers 2 in 2016 and infield coach for the same team in 2017-2019. He was a coach for the DSL Dodgers Bautista in 2024.
