Biographical Information

On May 31, 2024, catcher Payton Henry was hit in the back of the head by a backswing while playing for the Buffalo Bisons, the AAA affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays in the International League. He had to be carted off the field and the game was called at that point, event though it was just the 6th inning. However, he managed to escape serious injury.
