Paul Dolan
Paul Dolan, the son of Larry Dolan, served for years as President of the Cleveland Indians, owned by his father. On February 18, 2010, it was announced that he would take over for his father as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Indians at the end of the 2010 season, making him the de facto team owner.
In August of 2015, Dolan announced that he was looking for an outside investor to become a minority owner of the Indians. The news came at the same time as long-time Indians General Manager and the man who had succeeded him as team President, Mark Shapiro, announced that he was leaving the team to become President of the Toronto Blue Jays.
One of Dolan's highest-profile decisions was to drop the "Chief Wahoo" logo that had been used since 1947 starting in 2019.
