Biographical Information[edit]
Pat Bailey earned 2 letters in baseball in college and was a team captain.
Bailey was coach at Willamette High School from 1979-1984 and West Linn High School from 1985-1991. He spent one season as an assistant at University of Portland in 1992, then returned to West Linn from 1993-1995.
Bailey was head coach at George Fox University from 1996-2007, compiling a 353-158 record and a Division III College World Series title in 2004. He then moved to Oregon State University as assistant coach in 2008. When Pat Casey retired, Bailey was head coach in 2019, before returning to an assistant coach role for new coach Mitch Canham in 2020. Bailey did not return in 2021.
