Biographical Information[edit]

Page Odle was a 34th-round pick in the 1985 amateur draft, taken by the Pittsburgh Pirates. An outfielder, he batted .281/~.408/.478 for the Watertown Pirates and led the club in runs (40), hits (64), doubles (13), home runs (8), walks (49) and steals (19). He made the New York-Penn League All-Star team, joining Dennis Carter and Doug Dascenzo in the outfield.

In 1986, Odle hit .333/~.500/.744 in a dominating 12 games for the Macon Pirates, scoring 11 and driving in 16, while drawing 13 walks. With the Prince William Pirates, he hit .252/~.355/.389 with 75 runs, 76 walks, 100 strikeouts and 37 steals in 128 games.

Odle played 37 games for the independent San Bernardino Spirit in 1987 then was picked up by the Reno Padres. Overall, he hit .286/~.375/.441 with 93 runs, 86 RBI, 24 steals and 71 walks.

After his playing career, he became a player agent with clients including Brian Lawrence and Jack Wilson.
