Biographical Information[edit]

Pablo Ronquillo played in the Cuban Winter League as an outfielder from 1885 to 1891. Available statistics are spotty for his career. He hit .385 and slugged .410 in 1887, finishing 4th in average. The next year, he was at .415/?/.488, second in average (.033 behind Antonio María Garcia). He was 4-for-8 with 3 doubles in limited action in 1889 and 1 for 6 in 1889-1890. He was 1 for 4 in 1890-1891. He played for the Habana team and was inducted into the Cuban Baseball Hall of Fame in 1954 in a class with former major leaguer Emilio Palmero.
