Biographical Information

Pablo Grass was only 15 years old when he played for the Bolivian national team in the 2011 South American Championship. He was the main catcher for the Bolivian national team in the 2013 Bolivarian Games. He went 0 for 5 with three walks and four whiffs, fielding .867 and allowing 11 steals in 13 tries. He actually led the light-hitting team's starters in OBP; the team mean was .171. In the 2016 South American Championship, he was 3 for 12 with a walk and a RBI, again one of Bolivia's better hitters. He had two errors and one passed ball in two games, allowing 14 steals in 15 attempts. He was 0 for 10 with two walks and two times hit by pitch for Bolivia in the 2018 South American Championship, again starting at catcher.
