Omar Cisneros

Omar Cisneros managed the Nicaraguan national team in the 1988 Baseball World Cup, 1990 Baseball World Cup and in the first five games of the 1991 Pan American Games. In the latter event, he led them to a Silver Medal. He coached for Nicaragua in the 1991 Intercontinental Cup, 1993 Intercontinental Cup, 2001 Baseball World Cup and 2003 Baseball World Cup. He was Nicaragua's skipper in the 2002 Central American and Caribbean Games, 2006 Central American Games (Gold) and 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games and when they won Bronze at the 2007 Pan American Games. He managed them in the 2008 Americas Baseball Cup, helping them win a spot in the 2009 Baseball World Cup.
