Oklahoma-Kansas League
In 1908 the Oklahoma-Arkansas-Kansas League was renamed the Oklahoma-Kansas League after the league shrank from 8 teams in 3 states to 6 teams in two states. The new class D league only lasted one year. The McAlester franchise disbanded on July 5 with Iola following three days later on July 8.
