Nishi Yama
A 1959 Brazilian newspaper article lists a Nishi Yama as a pitcher for the Brazilian national team in the 1959 South American Championship; they would tie for first. Given that Nishiyama is a common Japanese surname and the team was predominately of Japanese descent, it's possible the name got mixed up. The team had at least one player surnamed Nishiyama in 2B Taketoshi Nishiyama.
