Biographical Information[edit]

Nicklaus Snyder was undrafted out of high school. He was an infielder in junior college and was only converted to pitching after the Texas Rangers drafted him in the 19th round of the 2017 amateur draft.

He made his big league debut with the Rangers against the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park on August 21, 2021. He pitched the final inning of a 10-1 win and retired all three batters he faced in order, including striking out J.D. Martinez.
